Refund policy
Our Senorita Shoetique team works hard to provide the best quality items for our customers. Before any item is shipped we make sure the item is in excellent condition. We do not offer refunds/exchanges.
If by mistake you receive an incorrect item, Please reach out to us at Grizlyapparelus@gmail.com within 7 days and we will gladly assist you.
Once you place your order, items will ship within 1-3 business days (not including weekends). An email confirmation will be sent after order is placed. A second email will be sent with tracking information once your order has shipped. Any items ordered during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship on holidays.
Once item is shipped with USPS Senorita Shoetique is no longer responsible for any lost or damaged items. If item is lost please contact USPS and provide them with your tracking number.
